(This game was originally made (V1.0.1) for the Shovel Jam 2025 'Just Get Started' across 60H hours solo, the idea for how it relates to the theme is you are helping adventurers-to-be get started on their adventures by sending them out on the quests your guild receives, and you - the player - are getting started in your career by opening and running the guild.)
